Vladyslav Tlushch was born in Ternopil in 1992. He graduated from the Lysenko National Music Academy, Lviv, Ukraine (201102916). The first significant test was the participation in the Klaudia Taev Competition, Estonia 2016. In 2017, he successfully made his debut as Figaro in “Le nozze di Figaro” and as Masetto in “Don Giovanni” at the Lviv National Opera House, directed by Vasily Vovkun.

In 2018 Vladyslav was the winner of the Slipak All-Ukrainian competition for Young Vocalists in Lviv. In the same year, he was accepted as a soloist of the Lviv Organ Hall. He has worked with such conductors as Yuri Bervetsky (Ukraine), Taras Krysa (Ukraine, USA), Theodor Kukhar (USA), with whom he worked on CD recording for the English label Toccata Classics.

Vladyslav Tlushch has become a participant in the International Opera Studio at the Zürich Opera (Switzerland) for the 2019/2020 season.
